Melanie moved to the Greenville area as a child and spent her youth here. After attending Clemson University, she moved away. But, after exploring other areas of the country, she returned to the Greenville area as she could think of no better place to raise her family in than Greenville. With its proximity to the mountains, short drive to the beach, its beautiful downtown, and its family-oriented culture, Greenville has become a top choice when choosing a city to settle down in.

When she is not assisting buyers and sellers, or managing her appraisal business, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, volunteering at her daughter's school, and working on her many hobbies such as personal real estate investments, photography, and the pursuit of excellence.
